The Forum is designed to create a platform to hear from the Service Marketing Guru Prof. A. Parasuraman , Professor and Holder of the James W. McLamore Chair in Marketing on the digital era and the adaptability of Service Marketing focusing on customer expectation and service quality against their perception on the service they receive.

Prof. A. Parasuraman is an internationally known expert in service quality and services marketing. In 1988 Dr. Parasuraman was selected as one of the “Ten Most Influential Figures in Quality” by the editorial board of The Quality Review, co-published by the American Quality Foundation and the American Society for Quality Control. He has received many distinguished teaching and research awards, including multiple Best Professor Awards
